The project aims to implement the model of „training firms“ in a number of pilot schools in Kosovo, Macedonia and Serbia. In a medium perspective, this practice oriented teaching method should be incorporated in the respective curricula.
Students establish practice firms, which act on a virtual basis, but simulate a real business environment. In addition to increased competencies of students, also linguistic and team work capacities are worked on. Further, teacher training and curricula reform aspects are supported. The project takes into account the different levels within the partner countries, but also supports network building between the pilot schools, deepening the results achieved in previous phases. Three additional schools will participate in Kosovo.
