In the framework of cooperation the know-how transfer occurs in two ways. On the one hand, knowledge is transferred from the corporate partners Kolm-Pfluger and Etlinger to the farmers, growers of pickles. At least 100 professionals acquire the necessary knowledge in the cultivation, harvesting and determination of maturity of the respective types of vegetables and the use of pesticides and the documentation of production.

On the other hand the know-how transfer from the company Etlinger to the Kosovo Employment Office for the registered unemployed people.

This is done in a two-week training on the job, "prepared for their work in the bottling and hand work in pasteurizing red pepper and spiral peppers in glasses. The employment of the 50-60 workers is initially for three to four months per year.
The company Etlinger, in the course of business partnership contracts the farmers for delivery of fresh vegetables at market close prices. At the same time Kolm Pfluger secures acceptance of preserved ready products from Kosovo to Austrian market.
